Welcoming the diaspora back to Africa to invest
"Welcome back to Ghana and Africa our fellow diaspora"
Ghana’s year of return saw many of the diaspora return to Africa in order to explore and see all opportunities available. The first invitation for the diaspora to return to Ghana was dubbed "the year of return". That was then followed by the second welcoming* named "Beyond the return", which is to be aimed at continuous investment, diaspora relations, and sustainable cultural exchange. We are here as an independent group to help and assist the diaspora, so they have a smooth transition to living and working in Ghana.*

The capital of Ghana, Accra is a bustling metropolis with modern facilities, hotels, and an airport that is compliant with international standards. The city is undergoing many changes, and is becoming a hub for many nationalities internationally, and from west Africa as the preferred city in the ECOWAS region for the diaspora. There are many opportunities for the diaspora to invest in real estate, and we hope that they will come and bring capital, commerce and new ideas and technologies to the region, so we can all develop and exchange skills and business ideas that can benefit everyone. Creating the right environment for the diaspora to dialogue and invest
"DISBAG" is working with, and partnering diaspora groups and individuals who have already settled in Ghana for decades. Many of these people have a wealth of knowledge to be shared, positive and negative that will help steer and navigate the new diaspora coming to Ghana on what it takes to live and survive in Ghana. What can you bring to the table?
We need creative minds that are ready to work in Ghana. There is plenty to do in Ghana regarding business development, upgrading the customer service industry in the country, and plenty of opportunities that need to addressed which the diaspora can easily integrate into the Ghanaian society.
Africa now has to produce a new way of thinking and living, in order face the new challenges that will be coming in the future like climate change and green industrialization. The competition for the African market comes in many forms with all types of worldwide groups and individuals competing for Africa's markets and resources. We need to be more responsible with our destiny and embrace good business practices by working together, and by adding value to goods and services within the African continent.
